I took off my upper intake manifold cover (silver plate that says acura 3.2 vtec) so i could clean the inside with carb cleaner. There are 2 gaskets, the black center gasket, and the outer edge one. The black center gasket started to come off and since it was cold out it looks like it expanded and will not seal correctly. Any tips to shrink the gasket or will i have to pick up a new one? It is called the Bore Plate i believe.

 

When you doing a job like that and gaskets are involved, I would suggest to get new ones and replace them.
