Upper Control Arm Bushing Failure

i just want to refresh everything suspension wise, i have done the links and replaced them with moog now as for the upper control arm i purchased both sides oem. now my problem is the passenger side. i took it to a mechanic to have them both installed now ill give it about 3-5 days when im hovering over bumps i would hear a violent clunk or when i turn the wheel left/right vigorously i would hear the clunk noise coming from the passenger side. so i checked and the bushing i guess exploded cause i noticed grease. so i bought the part again oem and still ITS DOING THE SAME thing after a couple days. one thing i did notice was theres no cotter pin securing the nut. would you think thats what destroying my bushing to the upper control arm?

That rubber bit is actually not a bushing. It's just a rubber boot covering a ball joint. Inside that boot is the permanent grease for the ball joint. When the arm gets installed, this boot gets squished down quite a bit. If there is too much grease inside the boot, it is normal for the excess to be squeezed out (very messy). IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR THE NEW BOOT TO RIP. If your boots have torn, then something is wrong (I'm not sure what). An OEM ball joint boot will last 10 to 20 years (or more). They are far and away the highest quality boots out there.

Replacing that mount cured my clunking noise.

My car makes a weird creaking sound when coming to a complete stop and or accelerating from one. Also I have a weird binding sound that happens when i turn the wheel at a complete stop.

I have changed my front shocks, sway bar links (were busted), all three motor mounts(were busted), cv axles both sides, rack and pinion, lower ball joint & my compliance bushing on my passenger side.

I have my outer tie rods I planned on replacing but for some reason the nut connecting inner and outer is to hard to loosen for me I have had my car for about 4 years now it has about 151k miles on it. I have noticed that when I do work on my car say when i replaced my shocks and sway bar links that the sound wasn't as intense or loud as it was for a while same with when i changed my rack and pinion as if when i took the tire off and played with it it alleviated the stress somewhere.

im going to change these outer tie rods as soon as i figure out a better way my cars getting old and alot of rusted bolts but if that doesn't work i think my next attempted replacement might be my upper control arm. what are your thoughts on this and would you recommend any other alternatives to figuring out whats wrong?

I may try dw-40ing one bushing a day to see what difference i hear as well my other bushings look kinda worn to begin with.

Also i am willing to take photos of my bushings today to give you or anyone else who sees this a better idea as to what i mean
