Unknown vacuum hose

Hi everyone,

I’ve had this vacuum hose laying around for so long and I have no clue where it goes. I’ve tried searching online for so long and I can’t where this goes on the engine, any clues?

Not sure.
Best guess is #48.
Trace the vac. line in your car down deeper to see if it connects to something looking like the T-connector #20.
If so, then you have your answer & the end with the screw would connect to # 19.

Good Luck.

Wow, thanks for the prompt responses and diagrams. I did not find those ones before. I figured out it traces back to the front engine mount but I have no clue where it’s suppose to port into. I’ll have to look at the diagrams to figure it out. Thank you!

It was probably removed / left hanging by the mechanic who installed the aftermarket engine mounts you speak of below in another thread:

I would look around for #22 vac. line to see if that is disconnected as well, since that connects to #19 also.
Maybe #19 is flapping around somewhere below that you cannot see?

No idea what year your car is, with that said, the picture below is from the 07-08 TL Helms service manual, #19 appears to be on or near the throttle body?

Yeah I solved the mystery. I was looking at the part the whole time. It appears the previous owner routed the rear motor mount vacuum hose (the one on the bottom of the T connector) back into the solenoid and screwed off the front motor mount hose (top of t connector). No clue what their were doing there. Thank you so much for your help, Cheers.
