Whats the cause of this?

Looks like a run on tensioner/idler pulleys. Remove the serpentine belt and check the tensioner and idler pulley, spin and also check for any looseness. They can be purchased as a unit, but as stated in another thread, if replacement needed, the long bolt must be removed along with the unit.
