TL rear A/C seems to be dead. Do they also have the resistor for that ???

It's helpful to elaborate a bit when you post things.
I'm reading it as Rear air conditioner is dead, is there a resistor for it? Are you talking about the air conditioning not going to the rear seats? The air conditioning has ducts that lead straight to the back and there is a vent slide you can use to open and close. You can tell when its on because the two metal trim pieces along your shifter will get cold.
Can you expand on your problem so we can better help you?

The rear vents are generally tied to the center front vents. If the "auto" mode has the air coming out defrost or floor vents, the airflow out the rear vents will be quite low.
Also make sure the rear vents are actually opened. There is an adjuster in between the vents.
There is no actual rear A/C blower.
