"TIGHTEN FUEL CAP" what to do?
Hello guys I have a TL type-S 07' and the tighten fuel cap sensor keeps coming up on my dash and message straight to navi to check but I have checked it and its fine...I'm guessing sensor is messed up! Any ideas how to fix or just get rid of that sensor? Please and thank you!

Hey there, I had the same issue. 08 TL 94k miles. Nothing really felt wrong with the car just an annoying message about once a week or so. I noticed it would come on after being on the gas a little aggressively too.
Dealer replace the purge solenoid (120$ installed) and no problems ever since. This is a common issue and almost always has nothing to do with the fuel cap, though that may be a cheaper place to start..
