Squealing belt and A/c not responding Please Help!

Hello everyone! I am having an annoying serpentine belt squeal that I cannot figure out. Before you ask I have replaced the belt, tensioner, the alternator is new, and the ac cluth/bearing have been replaced 8-10 months ago. I spin all the pulleys and everything is silent. Now when I do the soap trick on the belt the squeal will go away for a few miles of driving then comes back! So does that mean honda sold me a bad belt or what? Also the squeal is only there at 1.5 rpm and above goes away under that so I am losing my mind and to top it off I go to use my A/C for the first time since last year and got nothing! The compessor wont engage and neither willl the fans turn on so any help with that I would appreciate it. Could it just be a fuse Since I had the ac recharged, new clutch and bearing, and whatever electrical piece is in there Im too irritated to look it up Thanks for listening and appreciate any help

Try swapping condenser fan relay and magnetic clutch relays with known good ones and see if that helps as for belt squeal how loud is the squeal?

Thanks I am hoping it could just be something simple like a relay. The squeal is plenty loud to hear it inside the car while driving. Its driving me crazy. Now my passenger window wont go down all the way like its jammed or something. Gosh what next!?

So i had to take it to the dealer that I previously worked at and had the head mechanic look at it. We came to the conclusion that a valve on one of the a/c line leaked all of my Freon out when it sat all winter so he replaced that, filled it and that works great so im it doesn't happen again or else i may have to replace the line. The tech just cleaned up all my pulleys and the belt squeal went away magically (So Far). My window regulator was shot and came out in pieces when i took it out, but I still could not get the window to work properly with the AUTO set (it would go up then stop like it was jammed) so i just made it go up and left it at that. Also my new pads and rotors are still squealing even after a bedding procedure so maybe i just have to do it again. Unfortunately he discovered my radiator has a small leak on the drivers side corner so that is a bummer, but it doesn't drip and my reservoir doesn't seem to be budging so im going to let it go for now. I couldn't believe that was leaking i have had multiple Honda's with over 200k miles and all had original radiators! So i have not had the best welcome home from my car and everything i touch becomes a problem , but oh well... there is my rant lol.
