Sqeaking from drivers side.

Just had timing belt service done at 100k miles..im at about 105k miles now and ive had an intermident squeak/chirpping from drivers side coming from the transmission area. Its faint and increases with Rpm almost sounds exactly like a belt starting to squeak a little. Odd thing is if i even rest my foot on the clutch the pedal it goes away. So it rules out throw out bearing as that would only squeak when clutch was pushed in or foot was resting on pedal. This happens both in gear and at idle.

Seems like something just needs to be greased up as it is faint but can be quite annyoing at times. Wondering if anyone has ran into this issue before?

06 6mt, had timing belt service done 5k miles ago and clutch (t/o bearing and pilot bearing ) changed at 65k. Im currently at 105k. Car runs great no issues at all but this occasionaly chirping on occasion. Might do it for a week then not do it for the next week. So its intermeitant

if it stops when you touch the clutch the its probably the throw out bearing starting to go bad. i wouldnt worry about it until it comes time to change the clutch.

Throw out bearing was changed with clutch has less then 20k miles on it. The opposite would actually happen had it been the throw out bearing. Throw out bearing makes contact with pressure plate only when clutch is pressed in and or u drive with foot resting on clutch. I'm thinking it maybe a grease point possibly on the shift fork(pivot point). Or something that needs lube within the slave n vibration is causing the squeak/chirpping. When I had timing belt done I told them about it but it wasn't doing it at that time so it couldn't be addressed. I bought some white lithium spray grease but I'm concerned about spraying that since I wouldn't want it to come in contact with clutch disc

This guy is experiencing the same issue but was never updated with his resolution.

Im confident it is not the Throw out bearing. the opposite would hold true it would only make noise when foot was resting on clutch pedal or pushed in completly if it was t/o bearing as it only has contact when clutch is depressed or touched... Any other ideas?

ill be digging a little deeper this weekend as last time i went to fix it and had car on lift it wasnt doing it. I will follow up in case this happens to anyone else.
