Slight vibration/timing belt replacement, please help

I searched and couldn't find any related threads. Or the mobile version search didn't show them. But I recently replaced the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. The engine sounds good, just as before. Has good power and all that jazz. But I notice a very slight vibration while sitting in the car. But when you look at the engine, it's not shaking or anything. At least not anything over normal. Could I have broken a motor mount? Or could I have missed a cam by one tooth? I just want to know where to start looking first before having to take it all back down again. Thanks in advance!

Align balancer to mark on cover, compression #1, then remove the caps on the upper timing belt covers and check that the alignment marks line up.
