Seat memory not working (no lights, either)

I couldn't find a resolution to this in previous posts, so I'm hoping that somebody else has come across this. Randomly, my seat memory buttons no longer light up, nor do they function in my 07 TL-S. The keyfob works fine, as do the power mirrors and power seats. I took apart the door panel and tested the memory module, and that checked out fine, too (continuity on the 'on' pins for all buttons). I've reset my keyfob just to see if that did anything, and nothing. Is there anything else I'm missing here? These little issues popping up every few months are starting to wear thin on me.

Try pulling the hand brake first. Sometimes mine would lock me out during driving.

I did, actually. No idea why I never received notification of replies, so sorry for the delay. In my case, it ended up being the side view mirror actuators. After much digging, the mirrors are in the middle of the system that the memory seat function uses. Once I replaced both of them, the memory function worked perfectly. I honestly didn't know how bad the old actuators were until I installed the new ones and noticed how buttery smooth the movement was. At any rate, the actuators I purchased were part # 76210-STX-H03, from here: https://www.acurapartsforless.com/oe...ly-76210stxh03. They were a direct replacement for my TL-S, and the same part is used for both the left and right side. 15 minutes of effort to install, and the only tools you need are a flathead and a torx bit (I forget the size, sorry).
