Arrow seat memory does not work

seat memory does not work (the buttons are turned off and do not respond to pressing)while manual adjustment of the seats and mirrors works. Who faced this problem?
Where to look for the cause? Thanks for any help in advance.

My 2008 base TL did that a few times before I sold it, always worked again the next day or two later. I'm guessing a bad connection, bht this is a common mystery, so it seems. Someone here will probabky tell you where to look!

Do your mirrors move around correctly? Or do they wonder around and/or stutter when trying to move?

Rocket you most likely have a loose connection or a faulty memory seat button. Buy a new one, pop the door panel and enjoy proper function again

A bad mirror actuator will cause the seat memory to turn off. That's probably what it is.

One of the reasons I sold the car because I couldn't figure out what was wrong, until now.

mirrors are moving as expected. all is well. Seats also move well in all positions too .. but this is all only in manual mode !!!
and the buttons themselves (1 and 2) are extinguished and do not respond to pressing.

Do you mean the main module itself which is under the buttons in the door ???

tell me where is the main memory management module of the seats and their movement ?? or modules several ?? separately for memory, separately for movement ..

I had this problem today too! What was funny is, I think my remote 1 was running out of juice and it didn't open the door today. I took remote 2 since we never use it and it had plenty of battery left. The memory seat buttons were completely out when I used key 2. I tried key 1 again after an hour and it started working again and surprisingly, the memory seats came back. It might have something to do with the remote battery, I am not sure.
