Scratched up Window Tint...HELP!!!

So I got the windows on my 2005 TL tinted a few months back. Gradually, the tints are getting scratched up on the inside. It's not the tinti or the guys that put it on. I have used them on many other cars and never had a problem. They are the best in NY.

Has this happened to anyone else?? If so, is there a way to fix it??

Thanks for your help everyone...

There are a million threads on tint scratching. Basically you need to get some felt (called moleskin) and put it around the rubber inside the door panel. What happens is dirt gets on it and when it runs over the window when you roll it up or down it causes the tint to scratch.

Talking Scratched up Window Tint

I just got my windows tinted on my 04 TL. I live in the Tri State area and i found tint shop on the border line of Mount Vernon/Bronx. The tint shop name is Lorenzo Tint NY,its located on 242st in the Bronx. Phone #(718)994-9100 and the website is Lorenzotint.com. When Lorenzo installed the tint on my 04 TL,he used the moleskin inplaced of the factory window guards. My windows don't have a scratched on them due to the moleskin. Lorenzo Auto Tint also installed the full clear bra for the front nose of the car.
