Certainly wouldn't hurt to do all four if you haven't done so in a year. I would go ahead and do all four.

You probably had to replace your caliper because the fluid inside it caused it to fail. You NEED to replace the brake fluid every 2-3 YEARS MINIMUM. Since you just installed a new caliper, it'd be wise to flush the old fluid out and replace it with new brake fluid.

let me clear all this up with the definitive correct information:

You have opened a brake line, the repair manual says you MUST do a full 4 wheel bleed, that starts at Driver Front then clockwise around the car from drivers view.
LF RF RR LR
Its different than most cars but correct for the TL

THEN
find some wet road or gravel (not kidding) at 45 mph stomp on the brake pedal as if your life depended on it!
rapidly move wheel back and forth to try and break traction if needed!
The pedal should shudder rapidly under your foot as the ABS pump operates.
Do this to full stop then accelerate normally to 45mph
repeat max effort braking to full stop
Compare the pedal feel on the 2 stops

If 2nd stop had a firmer/better feel, there was air hiding in the ABS
It has now moved to the calipers to be removed

Start again at LF, that's probably where the bubbles will be found, but do ALL the wheels again to be certain
This is per the gen3 shop manual, MUST do the full flush and bleed, then 2 ABS stops for testing- then rebleed if needed

Its 3 years MAX between brake fluid flush, not minimum
That means once a year, or max every 3 years that stuff needs freshening up
brake fluid is cheap $10 does the whole car, a bleeder tool is only 5-25$
and less than 1 hour of your time
Get good at it and 15 minutes does a full fluid change!

Happy Stopping!
