Replace my timing belt

I'm at 98,000 and feeling the need to get my timing belt changed soon on my '05 MT TL. I would call myself an experienced mechanic having swapped a motor or 2, plenty of transmissions and clutches, and even a timing belt. However; its been several years since I've done that kind of serious "wrenching" and many of the specialty tools I had avaiaible to me are long gone since my dad moved. The most I've done on my TL is a full brake job including 4 new rotors. Oh, can't forget the serpentine belt - that took a whopping 5 minutes after I figured out how to back off the auto tensioner. I've got breaker bars, pipe extensions, socket extensions, hammers (rubber, ball peen, claw), screw drivers, vice grips, channel locks, needle nose, sockets through 32mm, wrenches, floor jack, jack stands, air compressor, grinder, work bench, c-clamps, torch, and a garage. I'm willing to purchase tools that I need to make the job easier.

Now, I've seen plenty of step by step "how to's" in Acurazine. Even seen a few picture by picture "how to's" - Very impressive I might add. However, I can't find any detailed "how to's" for timing belts. Can someone point me to one, if it exists. I am comptemplating purchasing all my parts and taking it to a local mechanic and paying for this to be done. Either way, I need a list of "needed" parts. I'm the kind that beleives you replace critical parts if they need to come off (or become accessible) because of the job (i.e. water pump).....especially when my baby has 98,000. I'm also looking for a suggestion where I can order good quality parts at a decent price.

I know, long email, too long, and lots of requests. I apologize in advance and thank everyone in advance that takes time to read this and reply.

I'd be interested in that how-to/list myself - I don't have the available tools, but a buddy of mine does...

I guess a FSM, or equivalent would be a good start as it does have detailed instructions. Here's some reading:

Right on the first page of this forum (right below this thread). This question gets asked once or twice a week...

It's just like the Honda Pilot in my HondaTech link in this other thread, except you won't need to remove the dip stick or un-bolt the power steering pump. Also you can skip all the BS in the OEM manual about holding the belt tension w/ the battery clamp bolt. Just unbolt the old auto-tensioner to remove the belt...

Sorry no pictures...

Well for some reason, this website is not friends with HondaTech, so they won't let you link to their webstie (or even post their full name/url). Here is the link to a search on Google. Hopefully this one works. I would go back and edit, except these retards on this site don't let you do that either...
