I've searched for a DIY guide to replacing the fog light bulbs in a 2007 TL, but alas no luck.

How do I get at them? Through the hood, underneath, etc...?

Go through the wheel wells. Turn your tire toward the center of the car and take the wheel well clips off. Bend back the wheel well linder, and extend your hand in there. Feel for the plug and turn counter-clockwise.
