Rear brake issues again

I have had four rear calipers seize in less than one year. The rear passenger side seized first then I replaced the caliper and brake hoses on both rear sides. About 6 months later, my rear driver side seized up. I replaced it and a couple months later it seized again. Now my passenger rear seized up just a couple weeks ago. I replaced it and it has been operating at correct temperatures. When a caliper seizes the other brakes are operating at correct temperatures. It is always the one wheel that seizes and gets extremely hot. It does not lock up completely, just enough to get very hot and char the pads. I got the calipers from Autozone, could that be my issue. It just surprises me I would have 4 bad calipers from them even though they are refurbished. The last time I replaced the calipers I got new brackets too. The slide pins are lubed very good with caliper grease and move freely. The pads have even wear. I bled the whole system less than a year ago. Is there anything else I should be checking or try. Any suggestions are appreciated, Thanks..

I'd try an OEM caliper... I've heard some bad things about reman Autozone parts.

If they seize again I am going to get different calipers. I have not switched yet because autozone has been replacing the parts for free. I have seen a large number of people who have had issues with the OEM too. Mine seized prior to 90,000 miles. If I get new they will be aftermarket. I heard Napas premium line is pretty good. I want something painted this time. I am tired of painting new calipers haha. Any suggestions on a good painted caliper

I had the same problem with my rear driver caliper seizing up at around 117k miles. Ended up getting one for $30 from the junk yard (oem) haven't had any issues since. I think AutoZone is ur problem. I always use oem parts on stuff like that. Yea it’s more money but I have peace of mind on the quality & knowing I only have to spend the time to do it once & it lasts longer. Plus with your car being a 6-speed with bigger brakes I would def go with oem.

Definitely. Some A/M parts just aren't worth the headache.

Regarding the quality of reman calipers at NAPA, they arent any better. I'm heading-off to return a brand new one tomorrow which was defective right out the box and was detected before adding fluid.
