Rat/squirrel chewed through a wire 🤦‍♂️

So my 07 TL has been sitting in my drive way for about 3 months (got a new car). Anyways I went to jump it the other day and noticed something has been in there and chewed through a wire. My question is what does this wire go to? Is this something I could splice myself and get a new housing? Any help would be appreciated thank you!

It looks like its above the radiator fan, but next time some points of reference shots wouldn't hurt.

That cable looks like it leads to your a/c fan (see image). Unfortunately, the cable is connected to the motor and a replacement will cost around 172.

Maybe try a pick and pull to get a replacement. Not sure if there is it is possible to resolder each wire back to its mate in the plastic clip.

You most likely can depin the connector and solder new wires. Worst case you can get some other connector and replace both ends, or remove connector all together.

If you can't do the job yourself, you might be able to drive to some shop. I would disconnect the connector so there is no short and blown fuses. If you don't get stuck in traffic car should be fine. Just watch the engine temp and don't let it overheat. Well unless it's crazy hot around where you live. Turning AC off will help.
