radiator drain ???

radiator drain ???
have a 08 tl base im at 116k i jus got the car so was doing a tune up and changing all fluids cant seem to find the drain plug for the radiator also im pretty sure the previous owner never got his water pump and timing belt serviced is that reccommended ?

and yes, timing belt/water pump is recommended at 105K miles Time to do it! You drain the radiator to do the water pump job, so might as well do both in one fell swoop
