plastic radiator overflow cap cracked...does this look like radiator fluid?
i opened my hood today and noticed that the fluid in the overflow tank was about 1 inch below the low mark and i also saw what looks like bird sh*t on my plastic engine cover. does this look like dried radiator fluid?

then i saw a crack in the plastic cap that goes on the overflow tank

for the time being im using gorilla glue to seal the crack until i can buy a new cap. i cant seem to find the part number on any of the sites that sell oem parts. can anyone help?

Can't say what that on engy is but I have had water drops get under hood and look similar.
From the factory my radiator fluid was that low. I had to bother the dealer to get them to fill it... They kept saying it was fine and that this is an over flow so long as its not empty its good... I told them to just do it for my peice of mind, lol.
But if that is whats on your covers, you just have been flying, haha

yeah.. happened to me too.. got a new one from either acuraoemparts or rockauto. It's cheap.. The white marks is probably dried coolant. Don't gorilla glue it.. just wait.. you'll be fine.
