Navi in trunk not working

I have been having issues with my Navi. When I got it back from the dealer it was acting funny so I took the disc out and it had some type of moisture on it. I asked the service guy did they wash my car with the trunk open and he said, "Oh no sir we would never do that." Now when I turn my car on it may load up or it may just stay blank. If it does load up its like I just put a new battery. It ask for my code and tells me not to drive my car and the process could take up to 10 mins. And instead of hearing the lady's voice on my navigation it is just loud static. I seen a couple of post on here about trying to clean it or send it to Alpine. Has anyone had this type of problem?

If your TL is still in warranty, take it to the dealership.

did you ever talk to the dealer about the navi drive when it was under warranty? If not, you are pretty much out of luck on getting it fixed for free.
