Problems with VSA
I've got a problem where the car will jerk slightly to the right and then the VSA trouble light and the triangle will come on. This has happened about 4 times in the last month. Turning the car off and waiting a few minutes resets the lights. Then yesterday, it happened again and this time turning the car off would not reset the lights. Anyone else experience this problem? Guess I'm off to the dealer next week.

Yeah, you definitely should take it in and take a look at the manual to see if there is any mention of VSA failure. You don't want VSA to bug out in the rain while you're taking a turn or something, then you're screwed.

This isn't normal. Usually, you should notice VSA in inclement conditions (e.g. ice, rain), and the light comes on while it's been activated, then goes off. The light shouldn't stay on (I'm assuming from your post that's what you're describing).

Not sure what all or how many times you've had your car at the dealer but I would be raising the "safety BS" flag..
I would set up an appointment with the dealer, ensure you get a loaner, then not return the loaner nor take your car until the problem is resolved.
Perform a very long and thorough test drive prior to swapping keys......
Same with you viffer, though hopefully your dealer will fix your VSA issue from the get-go.

VSA and Trouble lights
The same thing is happening to my 04 TL. The VSA and trouble lights come on and the car will not accelerate. I have had mine into the dealer 8 separate times and they tell me that they cannot finx the problem because it never happens for them. I am upgrading to an 05 next week. Mine also stalls randomly.

The same thing is happening to my 04 TL. The VSA and trouble lights come on and the car will not accelerate. I have had mine into the dealer 8 separate times and they tell me that they cannot finx the problem because it never happens for them. I have to pull over and shut mine off to accelerate. VSA system
I am also having this same problem with my '05 TL. It's not even a year old. My car jerks to one side of the road and the VSA lights come on. The first time I brought it in they "reset the system". Then it happened again 10 minutes after I left the dealer. They've had it for the past week. They claim they've never heard of this problem and they have no idea what it is. Of course, it hasn't happened to them. At this point I don't know what to do.

I'm the he that "got his fixed" and the thing that solved the problem diagnostically at the dealer was the fact that these cars evidently store an "incident report" in the memory of the computer. The service manager was able to pull up the history of the incidents and confirm my report. They still tried to clear my error messages for two days but finally gave up and ordered a new computer. Maybe you all need to fight for this. Sure glad I bought an extended 100k mile warranty when I bought the car.

The sales manager at my dealer gave me the name of the Regional Parts and Service Director. From there I had to have the service manager call him. You may be able to get the name from Acura corporate. The regional manager did take me out of my 2004 TL and give me a 2005.

vsa
The dealer told me to take the car back because they can't locate the problem. They say the jerking never happens to them. Acura customer service in California says the same. I've yet to speak to the regional manager because he is away until after the holidays. I am really frustrated with this right now. They've had my car for almost 3 weeks and have done nothing but drive it around.

one of the members had this problem with the vsa not engaging at all four corners on the same time while his wife was the one driving and caused the car to spinout from what I recall. I can't remember who but they definitely found a problem with the vsa. Your dealer is feeding you BS. Try searching. It was an older thread btw.
