Problems with LEDs

I recently got LED light bulbs. I think it's like 25 LEDs? I didn't really pay attention but it was 5,000 yen each. (amber)
I bought 7440 amber for my rear signal lights for 05.
In day time, a lot of people cannot see my signal and a lot of people are honking/yelling at me.

are there any way to makes it brither?

it's bright at night though.

This pic is in the garage so that you can see the lights but if the car is outside, it doesn't look like the lights is even on.

Closer look outside (but if you get far away, you cannot see the signal.)

y RED LED for red lens. I used to put Amber on Red Lens for whole time. In Japan and also in here. Only TL, it's harder to see. (before it was hard to see but not as bad as TL) LED shouldn't be matter what kind of color of lens is.

If you want to make the LED's bright, you will have to buy LED's with a brighter or higher light output. But as mentioned, I'd get RED for RED lenses. Also looks like your tail lights are tinted which will also dim the lighting.
