Problem about 07 TL-s HIGH BEAM

I just bought a pair of 18SMD 9005 light bulb for my 07 TL-s 's high beam. But only the right side barely light up a little bit and the left side was totally dead? is that because of the voltage problem? How can i fix it?

the 04-08 TL does not have a traditional high beam. The car has a Bi-Xenon projector. The main headlight projector has a flap inside that lifts up, allowing light to go farther and as well up higher. Park your car in front of a garage door and turn on the high beams, you will see the light output increase and as well the light will be spread out further.

The bulbs you bought are for the Daytime Running lights. These bulbs are on whenever the car is on, it's a safety feature so drivers can see you in the daytime.
