Power window issue

Drivers front, just to clarify.

I'll explain as fast as I can...I know it's January/winter but from time to time (when it's not crazy cold out) I like to drive with my drivers side front window down maybe 2-3 inches for some fresh air.

I'll leave the garage at my house for example, and drop the driver front window a tad, drive to wherever I am going and park and the window will not go back up. However if I take my hand and press down on the top of the open window It'll "go down" maybe 1-2 inches, then the inside button will raise it back up. I fear putting the window all the way down and it getting stuck in that position. In fact this morning the window was all the way up and I tried to lower it and nothing. I had to open the door and use 2 hands like I was praying to get leverage and get it to "catch" so the inside button would work the window. It happens I'd say 60 to 70% of the time.

Window goes down from fully up just fine with door switch, window wll sometimes not go back up from door switch unless I physically push the window down from the top of the window with my hand (it'l drop maybe 1-2 inches)

Gotta be the motor right, well regulator or whatever?

I'm a big oem guy, but this is a 2007 Type S that just turned 227,000 this evening. I have no issue with paying for a new oem window motor, I guess my question is has anyone had really awesome luck with aftermarket?

Btw, all 3 other power windows work perfectly.
