Does any expert recognize the bolt circled in red and help me find its torque spec? The hole on the left is the torque converter case where the intermediate shaft goes in. Towards the bottom is the engine oil pan. I'd like to remove the bolt so that my improvised tool can pound the oil seal in. The bolt's head sticks out a little too much and blocks my tool to go vertically in. This is 2008 Acura TL Base. Thank you for your help!

 

That bolt holds one of main bearing caps. Usually they want you to remove those by turning them like 1/2 or 1/3 turn in some sequence - meaning you shouldn't just remove it. Think of it like removing one of head bolts out. I wouldn't touch it. Modify your tool or get something else.

As you suggested I ground my tool down to clear that bolt head. It turned out the best tool to install an axle oil seal is the old seal on top of the new and a small hammer. Carefully and lightly tapping on the circumference to push the seal in evenly is the most reliable method I discovered after a dozen or so trials and errors. :-)
