Hi,

Someone needs to post up a sticky in the FAQ on CL/CLS' torque specs for bolts. I totally forgot what the torque spec for the oil drain bolt..I think it's 29 ft*lb.

It would be great to have a list of torque specs for the bolts on this boat. Yes, I need a service manual..too poor to buy one :P Library about 25 miles away has a cls service manual...

I think it is a great idea! I have posted several bolt specs over the years.... I just remember any by heart... haha

 

Oil Drain Bolt : 29 ft*lb
Comptech Front/Rear bushing brackets: 28 ft*lb

Is that correct?

(I need to lube the rear sways and do an oil change).
