Passenger window goes down but wont go up

It could be the motor failing, the switch or something as simple as having dirty tracks causing the motor to reach it's MAX upwards force and simply not pull up the window.
The best thing to do is put a towel on the edge of something slim like a credit card and run it through the window channels a few times to first clean it out. Then use some SHIN ETSU grease which you can buy from honda. Apply it into the channels and try running the windows up and down and it should help quite a bit.
You may also want to look at TSB 10-014 in the TSB section:

Well, I got it too. Probably going to be taking apart the passenger door this weekend to see if anything obvious can be done. My guess is NOT and that I'll be ordering a regulator. IMO the Acura regulators are shite. Already had one done under warranty but this one will be on my dime. Tried the reset procedure and no help. Never had tint and always have kept the channels clean and lightly shin etzu-ed to keep the squeaks down. I call BS. Rarely put down that window but low use can cause issues...

I have a similar but different issue with my passenger window. It has only happened 3 times now (since I rarely use that window), but sometimes I'll put the window all the way down with no issues. Then I'll try to raise it back up and it gets about 1/4 of the way up then "bounces" and goes back down. I want to say it's almost like it hits something and then goes down. Luckily, so far it's always gone back up either after a few tries or if I go tug on it a bit.

Thats funny, I thought my car was just one in a million that did the 1/4 of the way up and then bounce back down thing. It only happens on my passenger window and all it takes to put it up is not using the auto function on the window button and just pulling it halfway.
On my old 1990 honda in high school I had to fix the driverside window probabley three times...which required my taking the whole door panel apart.
So I'm just not going to open that can of worms on my TL...haha.

It won't go up at all, or it won't go up with the auto?
You do know that if you pull the switch up just a little bit, that it is manual mode and should go up if the motor works.
Shin etsu grease is about $15 at any honda/acura dealer.

Sounds to me like you just need to reset your switch
Roll the window all the way down, then roll window up and keep holding the button in the up position for 2-3 seconds.

My 04 passenger window did the same thing, went up for a couple of inches and back down. But if I pushed the switch to the first click it always went up. I replaced the regulator and it fixed the problem.
