P0420 Engine Light

I have a Acura TL Type S with 141k miles on it. The other day my check engine light came on with the code P0420 and i started to lose performance on my car. When i would shift or downshift it wouldn't accelerate properly and when i let go of the gas pedal the car would just jerk a little. If i have to replace the cat do you guys think i should replace all 3 of them ? Plus should i buy oem cats or aftermarket ?

As the code description implies the P0420 code means that the vehicle's control module has detected that the three-way catalytic converter is not working properly (is not as efficient as the factory is expecting). Replacing the oxygen (O2) sensors may sometimes fix the code, but in most cases the catalytic convert needs to be replaced to fix the problem. If the P0420 code is combined with other codes, try fixing the other codes first as that often will resolve the problem.

Thanks but yeah its just one code and i tried cleaning the cat and then erasing the code see if its just dirty or not but the code came back up after i used the liquid. The performance of the car is low but sometimes the power is normal and pulls normally but other times its just goes and comes. Should i replace all 3 cats ? Probably cost me around $1500.
