Ongoing Starting Problems - Car takes long to start

Hey Guys,

A few months ago my car had trouble starting, it would take the engine about about 3-5 turn's before it caught... Then eventually it just stopped all together. I had to get it boosted and drove to Acura.

Technician said it was a bad battery (due to the extreme heat we had) and i had to buy a new one..

Bought a new battery and everything was fine for a few weeks... but now the problem is starting to creep up again..

Ill turn the key and NOTHING with happen for about 2-3 seconds (the engine wont turn, i wont even hear things power on...) then the engine will start to turn over for about 3-5 attempts before it actually starts...

It seems to keep getting worse. Is this a known problem? Any suggestions on what kind of repair im looking at?

I love this car, but i hate having to fix it

Tried to search but couldnt find anything like my problem

Thanks in advance
