OK, a thread already exist that talks about this problem, but the title here is a bit more descriptive and may result in more responses.

I have a 06 Auto TL and occassionally I would hear a grinding/electrical noise when the key is between the ON position and START position. Any suggestions, comments, fixes? First time I heard it, scare the sh__ out of me!
