Parasitic drain
I had a parasitic drain that was the alternator. It is crazy but it is possible that a alternator that goes bad can return the power back from the battery to the alternator. I replaced it with one from a junk yard and it has been working fine. If you unplug the each fuse and test the voltage you will know. I took out every fuse and it was still pulling electric somewhere which was the alternator. There is lots of videos on YouTube on how to test for a parasitic drain

Just wanted to bump this thread since it just saved me a headache of a weekend.
Had starting problem a few months back that turned out to be loose battery cable. Then this weekend I went to move car for street cleaning and unlocked but that was all the juice it had. Dash lights came on and turned off as soon as I turned the key, no click or anything. Got it jumped and drove running errands for about 45 minutes. Parked for a couple hours and was able to restart with no problem. Parked overnight and was dead in the morning.
I remembered something about a relay that was causing a drain for a lot of people. Jumped the car, drove to auto parts store and replaced a/c compressor relay in the parking lot. Sat all day/night with a pretty cool weather, almost 14 hours and this morning she started up perfect. Always love coming her for the little tricks that keep this old turd going!
Thanks again members!

Another thing to keep an eye on is the positive battery cable on the 3G models; they have a tendency to corrode internally. A new OEM cable is under $50 from many of the Online Acura sites.

another test you can do is if you have a multimeter you can set it up for amperage disconnect the - terminal of the battery and set the multimeter up in between so the current runs through it then you can start pulling fuses and relays and watch for the current to drop when it does you've found your bad circuit. Another test you can do with the meter which is easier is set it up for dc voltage millivolts and touch the leads to the small metal pins on the top of the fuse, if you get anything above 0 that will be the circuit causing your draw.

My last interstate 24F battery (a very nice battery) lasted only 6 months. Two mornings straight my TLS was dead when I went to go to work recently. I know i have a parasitic draw on the battery. I have taken out (1 year ago) the hands free link module and still think that may be the issue. It still says booting up when I go through the hands free link menu. I took it to honda and had them do the multimeter check for the parasitic draw, and they found nothing. Said all is good. I know something has caused my battery to be dead after 6 months. I now have a new interstate battery again. I am considering buying a replacement hands free Bluetooth module , thinking this will stop the drain. I just don't know what it could be, so I am glad I found this thread.

Had the mechanic that I use check my car and replaced timing belt , water pump, leaking oil seals, cracked motor mount, and replaced A/C relay hoping to cure parasitic drain problem. Find out in the morning!
