Headlight flickering

My front left headlight is flickering and going out. Unlike the other person who had this issue, my igniter is fine. I swapped both ballast and igniter in from the right side and I am still having the same issue. My guess is that its either the wiring harness or fuse. The fuse looks fine so my bet is on the wiring harness. Any help is welcome : )

Did you move the bulb by chance?

What bulbs did you buy? From where?

it wouldn't hurt to swap them to see if the problem carries. Was it happening before replacing the bulbs?

I plugged the right headlight assembly into the left wire harness and the same thing happened.

The grounds are all connected on one piece, as long as it is touching the body I am ok, right?

i'd remove it and grind/sand down the mating area to make sure it's making a clean contact. Check the wires themselves to see if they are corroded; it happens internally sometimes
