Need help with coilover rubbing issue

long story short. I have function form type 1s on the car and for some reason when turning over a dip/bump the tires rub something hard. I cant figure out what its rubbing but its eating the tires fast as hell. it only rubs during turns when there is a dip or bump. what could it be rubbing and how can I fix it. the car isnt crazy crazy low but its low enough. the rear doesnt rub its only the front. the car was on 19s but now its on 18x10 +22 all around fenders rolled and pulled. any help

Kinda the wrong section but its obviously rubbing somewhere on the fender or back side of the front bumper. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to look at each tire and wheel well and find the hints of rubbing there somewhere. Park the car, turn the wheel and look where the tire is closest to hitting something and fix it.

guarantee its the section up front where the front bumper meets the fender. you'll need to dremel off that little piece that sticks out and sand it down.

if that doesn't solve the issue, may need to run smaller profile tires, raise the car a bit, or dial in some negative camber.

I can second this. I'm on 18x10 +25 all around and was rubbing in the same spot he just said! No biggie, jack it up n Grind it down some, problem solved.. Plus I'm kinda slammed..

yea I already know the front section by the bumper is rubbing but that part doesnt really eat the tire. the inner part of the tires are getting killed. I check already and I cant find where its rubbing at. I know how to check for it my 240 is flush as fuck but the tl is weird. I see no proof of where its rubbing. I checked I see nothing at all. the front part by the bumper is just something you cant do anything about lol I've rolled and pulled the front but it still rubs right there. my next option is to get some extremely stiff springs for the coilovers

mike, you say the inner part is where its showing some wear? sounds like your alignment/camber/toe are wonky...might want to get that checked out.

and you CAN do something about the front part where the bumper meets the fender. just dremel off that little section and sand down.

inner part of the tire wearing out would tell me its too much negative camber. iirc the rubbing would have to be continuous for it to wear down the inside part of the tire, so you would hear the noise often, not just when you hit bumps and dips.
