My car looks like a golf ball

My car looks like a golf ball from a recent hail storm we had in the New York metro area. So pissed. Every time I look at my car I want to cry. Anyway going to have my insurance company look at it on Tuesday. Anyone had hail damage on their car before and had the dimples removed with paintless dent? Just curious. Thanks

They can if not too extensive. Wait until the insurance company makes a decision, but have replaced, entire roof, hood and trunks on brand new cars because of the hail damage.

Mine got dented everywhere from a hail storm a few months ago and got it all fixed with PDR and it looks great afterwards.

When I took my car to the adjuster to look at they sent me a check for $3k. When I actually took my car in to get fixed, the place fixing it got another $4.5k from isurance, so don't fret if they initially give you a low amount.

Hang in there and time your car will be back to it's beautiful self..

I bought my 05 TL in March 09, in May 09 we had a killer hail storm in Toronto, Canada. The entire car was pockmarked. I paid a $300 deductible on a $3000 claim. Car looked like nothing happened but they missed 1 dent, it's so small and unnoticeable i just kept it as a memory.

Paintless dent did 3 of our cars earlier this year and they look great. The soft trim around the door (the black stuff) will need to be replaced along with the weatherstrip, if it was damaged - it is too soft for PDR.

I had mine parked at the airport in Denver for the last big hail storm. Paint-less dent repair worked well but I had to have one on the windshield post done at another shop. no problems.

I had massive hail damage from that storm that ravaged the southeast and killed all those people in Tuscaloosa in April. Body shop couldn't do it paintless, and it was a trusted, quality body shop. They replaced fenders, hood and trunk lid and repainted the car. It looks beautiful. >$10,000 to my insurance co.
