No MAF on Acura/Honda. What are you trying to clean?! It has MAP sensors.

Do you have a problem or were you just trying to clean it? No Maf in the 3G.

Well, what happens when it warms up? Do you have any additional components on at the time?
Is it a rough idle as in a misfire?

rough idle at cold start is pretty common. check your EGR valve as well.

How much does a new EGR cost??, I was also thinking it might be the air idle control valve, I think that's what its called, or the temp sensor??

you wouldnt have to buy a new egr valve.

just take the bolts off of it, lift it off, inspect it, and then clean if necessary.

Once you take it off (small circular valve is to the left).

OP, you should read up a little more around the forum. There's plenty of information here, and you're not the first one to experience any common "issues" with our 3G's. The fact is,there's a lot of common problems that happen to a lot,if not all of us.

As for cleaning the EGR, you can take some brake cleaner and clean out the internals. Sometimes they have lots of carbon buildup, and can make your engine run rough. But as pohljm mentioned, for these cars it is pretty normal to have a little bit of a rough idle at cold start.
How long have you had the car?
