I put my key into the ignition and try to turn it but it wouldnt turn. It was stuck in the off position, i tried taking the key out and unlocking the car again, didn't work. Eventually I grew the balls to give it some muscle and it finally turned.

Anyone experience that?

 

Yup, Steering wheel was locked, need to "jiggle" the wheel, then the key will turn

Happens on almost ALL vehicles

 

Oh, it was weird, that never happen in any of the cars i have driven. Thanks, next time I will try that

 

was this your stock key? If yes, check the one side to the other to look for any irregularities. Also your steering lock may have been on, basically with the car off turn the steering wheel to engage the lock, then then ignition won't turn unless the steering is turned too.
