I need help solving this mystery. This video is me pushing down on the front passenger side. The noise comes and goes. Lots of new parts: tein flex z coilovers, skunk2 upper CAs, sway bar links, inner and outer tie rods, compliance bushings, lower ball joint is about a year old - boot is in good shape and no play. The rack is bad. Getting that replaced next week. Thoughts?

 

I can hear two sounds banging and squeeking 😀
Just guessing: spring coils hitting one to other. Experienced it ones when I lowered my accord.

 

I think what you’re calling a banging sound is just me fumbling with the camera while trying to move the car and record at the same time.

As far as the squeak goes, if it’s just the spring coils rubbing then that’s probably not an issue, right? Am I understanding you correctly?

 

Got the rack replaced, and the noise is still there. Usually happens at lower speeds and colder outside temps. Thoughts?
