I noticed it more on the radio panel this morning and the MID.......but not the rest of the gages......
could be that it was 8 degrees when I went to work this morning

The only thing I notice in the extreme cold is that when flipping through the different selections on the MID it does it slowly, by that I mean when you go from Trip Computer to Odometer you notice Trip Computer slowly fading out and the Odometer readings slowly fading in.
It's nothing huge, nothing you wouldn't expect either.

Never had this issue with my TL in the cold. Check fuses, check illumination level, if neither helps, time for a dealer visit.

Let's clarify - it's not that things were not working - they were just dim and slow in responding.........this used to happen on my 03 Accord as well. As soon as the cabin warms up a bit it goes back to normal. I don't think it's anything to worry about - has something to do with the digital display and very cold temps

Check your fuses

Has anyone solved this problem? I have a 2007 TL and having the same issue when it's below 30° F outside. The lights will flash and gauges will work and fall every few seconds until the engine warms up (about 5 minutes). The radio and clock display also will turn off and on with the instrument panel, yet the radio will still play sound. It's quite frustrating and would like my car to work when I drive it.
I took the problem to the dealer and they cannot figure out the issue. They replaced the battery, replaced the computer and it is still acting up. I am taking it down for the 3rd time to have them look at it. Acura said all voltage readings and fuses look good. Any direction of help would be appreciated.

i have a similar issue but with the Navi screen. It would be really dark to see, but after i let the screen warm up it brightens to full potential. took it to the dealer and they told me its normal for that to happen in the cold. I disagree.
I'm not sure about your situation thought, but please update when you have found a solution.

Here is a video of what the car does every morning when I start it. The colder the weather, the worse it is.

Issue has been resolved. A new 'gauge control module' (aka instrument panel) was installed into the car as well as a new fuse relay box located under the dash. All this was covered under my certified warranty. Had a hard time finding the problem, but glad the car is fixed!

I'm trying to figure a gauge problem for my boss. She has an 07 TL 3.2. Her gauges guit working altogether, they illuminate, none of the needles work, they all rest at empty, cold, 0mph, 0rpm etc... while she's driving. Any ideas?
