you can try to use a small bolt that has the same diameter as the hose.
Oh try not to use oil on the injector o-rings. it will cause them to swell up and fail quickly. use silicone dielectric grease on the o rings and make sure not to get any on the tip of the injector.
good luck!!

I used a bolt to plug the hole. Some coolant still dripped, but not much. Try to keep the end of the hose pointed upward and less will drip.
I wrote the DIY.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

well after my wife finaly convinced me to go to my brother n law who works for acura as an mechanic he told me that rats ate my wire and its common like i was told on this site..he's ordering the knock sensor for me and the wires and he's gonna install it himself but check this..he cant do it at his job becuase the economy is so bad guys are getting caught doing side jobs on company time...and nobodies good-willing nowadays and being that this is not covered by my extended warrenty he would have to do it in his house...im gonna see if he would let me help him with the install i really need to see this done for future problems with the knock sensor,i did not want to bother him becuase i know he's busy with his wife and kids but he was really cool with it when my wife brought it up..

sweet, thats pretty nice of him.alot of technicians dont really like people watching them work, just make sure your bro-in-law is cool with it. and being a tech myself, the last thing i want to do when i get home is to work on another car!!. so thats really really cool/nice of him to do that for you. better treat him to a big dinner man!
