It's very easy.....

Get the film AND the headlight wet with a mixture of soap and water. Place the film on the headlight and position the film on the headlight. Realize the film will possibly be a little larger than the actual headlight. Take a straight edge (like a credit card) and get rid of any bubbles and soapy water by pushing water from the middle to the outer edges.

While you are doing that, take a hair dryer and blow out any extra bubbles. The hair dryer will help curve the film around the headlight. It's very important to use the hair dryer while you are using the straight edge to get bubbles out of the film.

Once you've done this, just let it dry and set up-and you're good to go. I put both of mine on in about 10-15 minutes.

T3H, the fogs should be about the same proceedure though. These films all apply and adhere about the same. You may not need the hair dryer though.

no i know iwont have problem applying it, ive already done headlight overlays perfectly

the problem at hand is do i remove the foglights to put it on or not? because it is embedded into the concave thing of the lower grille, so it is not easy to position, squegee, etc. in it.

my question basically is due i take the entire foglight out to do ti? take out the lower grille? leave everything together? etc.

^^^Yes, I think so. I have not heard of anyone else taking the lens off to apply the film-give it a try!
