HID fog lights shorting out.

So i bought an HID kit from ebay with 3000k color temp bulbs... installed them about two weeks ago and they worked with no problems, until yesterday they cut out and blew a fuse. i got hoe, replaced the fuse, 1 minute after driving they cut out again. what could be the problem ??

^ that's a bad way to act when you're asking for help. You didn't mention you have a relay kit. Some members do it without it and might have the same problems so that's the first assumption.
