HFL and Pass. Window Problem.

Its not really a big issue with me, but more of an annoyance.

#1 My HFL seems to wanna turn off and on by it self, i have no idea why. At first, it didn't wanna detect my iPhone 3G, then later on it did but would now not detect it. It would connect on my wife's Blackjack more often than the iPhone. But main concern is, it turns on and off whenever it wants too. not sure if its related, but i noticed at night when i turn the lights on, the Steering Wheel Audio control lights aren't on, but everything else is.

#2 Front passenger window won't automatically roll up. it would stop half way, as if something stopped it and then roll half way down. it just started to do that. it was working fine yesterday and then now it seems like something jams it. i visually checked it and does not seem like anything is caught up. again, minor issue, just annoying. i can roll it up as long as i don't use the auto up feature.

Thanks for any help!

you can try some silicone spray to lube the window track .. push the long nozzle into the track and gently spray ... roll window up and down to spread the silicone and you may be ok...

You can also reset your auto-up auto down windows:

Roll windows all the way down; then pull passenger window switch (at the driver's side) all the way up and hold it up after the window closed completely.

Let go, then push the pass. window down button all the way down and hold it even 10 seconds after it goes down completely. Now try your window up and down auto feature... might be corrected.

your steering wheel lights are just your steering wheel bulbs that have gone out .. many people have a similar issue (including me)

You may want to try and remove the iPhone and then re-pair the phone.
