04 6 spd I've got a front end clunk

Have an '04 TL 6 spd, with A-spec package. Fixed the click in the front end by replacing the LF transaxle. I now have a "clunk" in the front end. Very sporadic. Most of the time it does NOT follow bumps, but almost when the body recovers from a bump on fairly smooth pavement. I have double checked tie rods, wishbone nut, etc.etc. The front A frame to body bushing looks like it might be a little suspect, but at 50,000 miles??!! Come on, it's an Acura. Anyone...Bueller..anyone?
