Around steering column or under dash near brake controller switch (other one was accidentally broken) can that mess with Air bag, (!),VSA, engine light.. And noticing automatic lights switch is on (green) no lights.. No fuses are blown. I'VE CHECKED.. Greatly appreciate it.

Try to get the codes read at a shop.
As for the headlights, could be a grounding issue. What happens if the headlight stalk is not set to "auto" mode?

 

I turn off auto button under mirror green light off nothing turn on green light no lights. But main objective is to see if all is related if so and how to correct it. Vsa off or on button No power, Air bag light (!), plus horn not working and did before. I doubting a failing battery would be culprit all of a sudden..? Acura TL 2004

 

Heated mirrors out as well...
