Headlights on my TL are only working sometimes. Sometimes both will work. Other times only one or the other will work. And sometimes both won't work. I didn't think it would be ballast/bulb/ignitor since it's both lights. Fuse is working. What could it be?

 

Loose headlight connection or loose ground point?

 

Where would I check the ground wire at? Since it's effecting both headlights would one loose connection cause them both to fault out?

 

If I switch my headlights on and off again it always changes. So if driver's side light is on but passenger side is off, and I turn switch off and back on then they either both go out or they switch and passenger side words but driver side is off. Sometimes they both work, but I have noticed while driving they will randomly go out.

 

I will have to find out where the ground bolt is for the headlights. There is a major ground bolt to the right of the battery, wiggle and check that to see if anything is loose.
