headlights

has anyone fixed headlights that work intermitently, not ignitor, not relay, dealership does not know why they want to trace wirimg harness at 95.00 per hour

could you give a little more information about this problem. when did it start happening? is it all the time or just sometimes? has your car been in an accident? any other problems with the vehicle?
