OK this is weird, I have two windows that are making a grinding noise...sometimes. The windows are the passenger front window and the drivers rear window. Sometimes they do it, most of the time they dont. Has anyone had this problem before? I have never heard a window make quite this grinding sound. Its almost sounds like metal to metal but only does it when the window is going up.

Any ideas??? I did a search and did not find anything.
