Gauges and wiper switch not working

I installed my iSimple yesterday. Once I put everything back together, i tried to turn my wipers on and nothing happened. No matter where I move the switch, nothing will happen. My second problem is my gauge lights. Whenever I unlock the car and get in it, the red+blue dashes/pins will light up. The LCD screen will also say driver 1. None of the MPH numbers are lit up. Then, when I turn the headlights on, the whole gauge cluster goes black. I see NOTHING. I can open the door and get them to come on again, like it does when I unlock my car (mentioned above). Does anyone know why this is? It's driving me nuts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd go back and check everything you did when you did the install.

Wiper is fuse #11
Gauge control module fuses are #7 and #21.

Any other possible solutions besides the fuse? Every wire is connected

Yeah, something you did during the iSimple installation most likely caused this and all the other problems you are suddenly having:

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/help-problem-radio-794018/

Are all the dip switches off?

Totally disconnect the iSimple and re-connect the original wiring. Do the problems go away?

The dipswitches aren't off because the manual said not to touch them unless instructed to. My radio lights are fine now. The ipod also works fine. Its only the wiper switch and the gauges now. The gauges work, they just don't stay on. I can record a video and show you exactly what I'm talking about

Huh?

From the Honda/Acura installation instructions:

Step 4: "All 4 dipswitches must be set in the OFF (up) position for proper operation."

http://peripheralelectronics.com/per...HD1_manual.pdf

From the iSimple self install tips:

KEEP:
All Dip‐Switches Turned “OFF” Unless Instructed Otherwise
As of 9/01/08 there are only 3 types of vehicles that require dipswitch settings:
• Ford/Lincoln/Mercury (see iSimple GateWay owners manual)
• Volkswagen (see iSimple GateWay owners manual)
• Nissan (see iSimple GateWay owners manual)

I overlooked a fuse man. All that headache for nothing haha. I appreciate your help. I don't know what I would do without this forum. Thanks so much for your help!

Good deal, glad it's fixed. Sometimes you just gotta take a deep breath (or sip a brewski) and then retrace your steps...It's the simple things that get ya!
