Fuse Problem?

Hi everybody, weird issue today that I think is a fuse but I can't seem to find which one.

My sunroof won't close and my dash lights don't come on.

Anybody have any idea what fuse this would be or is it possibly a larger electrical problem?

Thanks!

Hmmm..well, fuse #23 in the under hood fuse box controls both of those fuses, but it also goes to the ignition. You shouldn't be able to start the car if that fuse was bad...

Even more odd is that the speedo lights and what not do come on when i unlock the car just not after its started and they don't come on when i turn the headlights on.
