Front stablizer links

Let me start off by saying that my 05 6MT has 114km on it.
So my problem is i went to the dealership for an oil change today and they told me that my front stablizer links are torn and that they need to be replaced, n quoted me around 700$ to have it fixed and aligned and also that there is something that holds those links in place and if they break while changing the links it would cost me an additional 150 - 200$ now my question is should i have this done by the dealership or is this something i can get aftermarket and done much cheaper?
I have a feeling that that it might be torn because my car just recently started to vibrate when at 100km, any advice would be helpful thanks.

I don't think you should go to acura....end links aren't that expensive, less than $20 each...and can be changed pretty easily. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, a shop should be able to do them for way less than $700.

If the links are broken, then that's all that needs to be replaced. There's nothing else..the link, link the sway bar to the lower control arms. That's it!

Rock Auto:

BECK/ARNLEY Part # 1015301
END LINK; Front Left $17.58

BECK/ARNLEY Part # 1015300
END LINK; Front Right $17.67

Now if they were speaking of changing the front stabilizer bar, that's a job, but not the links.
No alignment needed with just having the end links changed.

They said $700 for all the recommendations. I believe they charge $150 to do links.

Change the endlink bushings while you're at it. It will only be a few extra dollars. And +1 on getting it done outside. $700 is a ripoff! It won't cost you more than $100 bux parts and labor outside.

yes you can drive it as needed local,,
but the sway bar is not locked in position, so you will get body lean in turns

Look in phone book for small ad in auto repair- a place that list honda acura as a specialty
or ck a few alignment/suspension type shops, or places that sell wheels and aligns
Its a simple job any of them can do

replace the end links with Moog brand, and the center bushings with Polyurethane- suspension dynamics or similar--ask parts stores for what they carry
That will tighten the car up a little too
